We devolved an algorithm to provide care for patients who develop ETOH withdrawal and are started on a load with phenobarbital, and then transfer to Med Sug and may need additional doses. This provided guidance for the safe administration and monitoring of patients receiving IV phenobarbital at all levels of care

What is: our unit goal is 2 percent
We are currently educating staff on how to sign up for certification

We are tracking CAUTI, CLABSI, HAPI, Falls. We have significantly improved our HAPI and have improved CAUTI we are currently changing our focus to falls. We are trying to be sure all our staff understand our IHI bundle and RN/PCT discussions are ongoing throughout the shift for any changes
