Jane is here today for evaluation for future transcatheter aortic valve replacement. The patient normally follows Dr. X for cardiac related issues. She recently underwent a TEE and cardiac cath with findings of severe aortic stenosis. Post procedure she was kept overnight after experiencing acute SOB. Today in the office she continues to have similar sx and is looking forward to her TAVR procedure in a few weeks.
