This person develops and leads screening process, in consultation with school leader and MTSS Leadership Team

Ensure organization and tracking of all referrals, status, and follow up

They provide Provides data regarding school-wide behaviors and individual student behavior data
What is the Climate and Culture Team ?
This person shares progress monitoring data with team prior to data review
What is the interventionist/champion ?
This person ensures
Ensure data quality (support training as needed, review data to ensure accuracy)
What is MTSS Data POC ?
This person does the following
Complete the referral form and gather data as needed to support a holistic understanding of the student’s context, strengths, and needs
What is the referring adult ?
They Provides instruction (co-teaching)
What is a co- teacher ?
They facilitate the Tier 2 meeting
What is the MTSS lead ?
This person does the following:
Gather and input screening data per established timelines (e.g., ensuring all students complete BOY, MOY & EOY assessments within the given timeframe to their best ability & encouraging student participation in Panorama Student Surveys)
What is School Staff ?
If a students needs are not being met in Their 1,needs are not being met by Tier 1, then and only then.....
This bi-weekly meeting has a focus of a collaborative analysis of student work samples
What is Examine Evidence of Student Learning ?
It should be common practice for this group to be engaged in the development of Tier 2 supports either directly in the meeting, or in the form of a family questionnaire.
