No. You need to have a standard account in order to have a Chase saver account

The limit is 500k across all Chase Saver accounts.
Can I point a card to a Chase Saver?
No. Cards can be pointed only to standard accounts.
Will I get an account closure statement?
Yes. The statement is generated automatically few minutes after you close the account.
When are statements generated?
Statements are generated on the 2nd of the Month.
If I close my Chase Saver account, what happens to the interest I have accumulated during the month?
When you close the Chase Saver account, you will get the interest paid you accrued during the month directly paid into the account, and the final balance plus the interest will be paid to the account of your choice.
How long does it take for a refund to appear in my account?
This depends on how soon the merchant processes your refund. Once a refund has been processed, it should take an average of 1-3 working days to reach your account. In some cases it may take up to a week.
How do we pay interest?
We calculate your interest daily and pay it monthly.
How long do transactions stay in Pending status for?
Merchants take up to 7 days to complete a pending card transaction.
More time is allowed for some types of transactions (such as car rentals). In these cases, merchants can take up to 30 days to complete a pending card transaction.
After that time, pending transactions expire and the money set aside for the transaction is credited back to your available balance.
