Bonus: If teahcers are seeing a problem in an unidetified area, you should collect samples and observations in that area.

Team Teaching

This is a great model.  It establishes both teachers as the main teacher in the classroom.  It makes the Special Education students feel more comfortable because other students are not as aware of the Special Education teacher.
