What is the rejuvenation package?
The rejuvenation package includes unlimited halotherapy, red light therapy and spray tans.
If they want a single visit of halotherapy or red light therapy you would ring up single visit of rejuvenation. If they want a single spray tan that has to be rung up under the spray tan as it costs more.

Can a customer trade in a bottle of moisturizer and get 50% off a bottle of tanning lotion?
No. They have to trade in tanning lotion for tanning lotion. Moisturizer for moisturizer. Body wash for body wash. Shaving gel for shaving gel.
They can trade in a bottle of tanning lotion for a bottle of face tanning lotion or leg tanning lotion.
What do you do for an all access member during free tan week?
If an all access customer asks what do they get you can give them a free sample packet from the drawer.

How long can someone freeze their account?
They can freeze for 3 consecutive months. Then they have to unfreeze for at least 1 month and can freeze again for up to 3 more months.
Customers were freezing for long periods of time and forgetting they had an account. If we do a max of 3 months hopefully they will remember a little better.

What do we need to put on the tanning lotion bottles when we sell them?
Put the sticker on the tanning lotion bottles and write in the expiration date. Do 1 year out from the day you sell it.
The sticker also reminds the customer not to leave the bottle in hot/cold temperatures.
Can a customer use multiple services in one day during free tan week?
Yes they can. However, the spray tans are sold separately.

Who needs a parental consent and who can sign the parental consent?
Anyone form 14-17 years old needs a parental consent to tan in a uv bed. Their parent must be present to sign. A friends parent can not sign for them.
Parental consent is also needed for spray tanning, red light and halotherapy.

What percentage does the customer get off the lotion and what do you do with the old bottle?
The customer gets 50% off a new bottle of lotion and you throw away the old bottle. You must take the old bottle away from them in order for them to get the 50% off.
How much are the spay tans during free tan week?
$15 - only for that week
Do the customers still get the same lotion discount on the 3 and 6 month packages just like before?
Yes
Starting in January will we be selling 5 visits?
Yes, but we won't be advertising them. We can offer them if the rest of the packages don't work for someone. We didn't sell many of the 5 visits so we didn't want it taking up space on our menu.
