Yes- our goal is to rehabilitate the worker to their previous level of function. In this case, Frank is fit to resume work as a dispatcher based on the medical reporting on file

Week 2 into SJS; Week 8 into SJS; Week 12 and/or discharge SJS; possibly more if worker goes into extension

After RE triage is complete

**if no job lead is found, you will still receive an 880 report. Another report will be submitted when a job lead is identified**

Following the end of SJS, a worker has not found a suitable job lead. What benefit is payable?

A 0-based wage loss- depending on the circumstances a TPD or ELP may be indicated. 

Use your best judgement (think: Are restrictions likely to improve? What is the severity of the worker's injury and restrictions? is it realistic the worker will resume any form of work given the degree of disability?)
