Why don’t we put the PH phone # or ins phone # or the lower insurance info?

That information is not necessary to be able to bill the ins company. Commercial billing doesn’t need the PH phone # because they won’t need to call the PH. They communicate with the patient themselves not the PH. They don’t need ins phone # because they have a list of common insurance phone #s in their office, plus the phone # is normally listed on the back of the ins card anyway. If it’s an insurance we don’t bill electronically you’d have to write the phone # in the additional tab if you didn’t get a picture of the ins card, because they don’t have that phone # written down back there. The lower insurance info simply isn’t necessary.
