Calories dense food is food that is dense in calories. The name is pretty self explanatory. Calories aren’t necessarily bad for you as long as you don’t consume too many. Depending on your lifestyle calorie dense food might be better for some people than others but generally not as good for you as nutrient dense food since there is a lack of nutrients in it.
