肌肉都需要鍛鍊
Many muscles require exercise
肌肉要去使用，才會成長
Our muscles grow only when we use them.
閱讀和學習有關信心的事情而沒有加上行動
Reading and learning about faith without adding action
也不足以培養信心
is insufficient to build faith.
祂多半是給我們機會去
give us opportunities to
培養那些恩賜
develop those gifts
而不是直接給我們這些恩賜
rather than just granting them to us.
不要忘記去做那些微小但持之以恆的靈性機能活動
So do not forget those small but constant spiritual activities.
來增強這些重要的靈性肌肉
That will strengthen those important spiritual muscles.
有一天他回到家，告訴家人一個消息
Came home one day and shared some news with the family.
他決定在耶穌基督後期聖徒教會受洗
He had decided to get baptized in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
大概一年後，他給了我們一個更令人意外的消息：
A year or so later, he gave us more surprising news:
他決定要去傳教
he had decided to serve as a missionary of the Church
哥哥讓我有機會把信心付諸行動
My brother gave me the opportunity to put it in action.
我的信心增加了
My faith grew that day
當我們讀經文、尋找可教導的人、作見證，為人服務等等
As we read from the scriptures, looked for people to teach, bore testimony, served others, and so on.
就是在運用信心
I exercised it.
Prepare to be Champs.
