Is it okay to use my Lizard Brain at times? Why?

Yes, it is okay to use your Lizard Brain! If you are in danger, if you need to protect yourself...if your Amygdala tells you to "fight, flight, or freeze." If I'm walking across the street and a bus is coming, or if I touch a hot object, I need to quickly react without thinking

I can only show Compassion when someone is sad, mad, frustrated, aggry, hurt...if they are not feeling well? True or False?

False! I can show compassion when someone has done something really nice or if they have done something they are proud of, like winning an award (IB Student of the Week)

If everyone is kind to everone else, what Zone will they be in?

GREEN!!!! The more kind acts you do for them, the more kind acts you receive, the happier everyone is, the stronger the community becomes, you have more friends, people feel good, you feel good, there are fewer problmes, it makes things more enjoyable, everyone wants to come to school...the list goes on and on (but unkindness makes it harder for all of these things to happen)
