Step 1: Identify the problem
What is the second step? How can this be done?

What is the third step?
Brainstorm 3 possible solutions to the problem

Think about what you are going to say and then communicate the problem to the other person (e.g. "I feel..." or "it is hard for me...")
What is the fourth step? How can this be done?
Consider results of each of the possible solutions.
Pick the best solution to try out.
What can you do to show the other person your point of view?
State the options you have tried to solve the problem with so far
What is the fifth step?
Evaluate if the problem is solved.
How can you share your point of view whilst also listening to the other person's perspective?
Share with them how your problem has made you feel, and what the problem looks like from your point of view.
Share with them what you think the problem looks like from their point of view, then ask them if this is true or if it looks different.
