No. For devices purchased on the AT&T Installment Plan with Next Up, the customer is still responsible for the additional $6/mo Next Up feature charge on devices receiving BOGO credits.
Does Internet Air participate in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)?
Yes. Customers may be able to lower the cost of their monthly Internet or wireless service if they qualify for a benefit under the federal government's Affordable Connectivity Program for eligible households. AT&T does not determine eligibility.

Can a customer take Internet Air wherever they go?
No. AT&T Internet Air can only be used at the address specified at purchase. It is a home internet service. If customer uses their service in other locations, AT&T may cancel their service.

Can a customer have more than one line/account of Internet Air?
Yes, as long as there is additional Internet Air availability in the customer's area. However, the two Internet Air accounts will NOT be under the same account number. Ther will be different accounts setup-up.

What if a customer gets Internet Air and it's not fast as their DSL service?
Customers have up to 7 days to try out Internet Air service before their AT&T Internet (DSL) service is disconnected. DSL is a grandfathered product - once it is disconnected at the end of the 7-day Internet Air trial, it cannot be reactivated.

Why will the DSL migration customer receive two bills?
The customer will continue to receive a bill for their DSL service, and they will receive an electronic AT&T Internet Air bill as Internet Air is using a different billing system. If the customer had a bundled offer and disconnects DSL, they will still receive a separate bill (from Internet Air) and a separate bill for that remaining active service (for example, POTS).
