No level of membership this is not a covered service.
How many feet off the paved road do we cover for our members?
We don't have a limit it is up to the shops discretion if they can reach the veh with standard equipment
When you go to break what should you make sure you do?
Lock your computer and walk away.
What is Code Brown and how does it impact our service?
Power Outage affects gas stations so no fuel deliveries and may restrict shops being able to go to calls.
Do we cover a lockout for an expired member with medication in the vehicle?
We can provide them service but remind them that they need to pay their account otherwise they could receive a bill for services rendered.
How much break time do you get if you work 6.5 hours?
1 break and 1 lunch
What 3 types of calls increase in winter weather?
Extrications, Accidents, Jump starts
What level of memberships cover dually trucks?
Plus and Premier
Why is it important to fill out the break sheet?
To let your peers know when you are going.. to make sure we aren't having overlaps.
What service would we provide our member if their chains have fallen off and wrapped around the axel?
We would have to provide a tow
Can we get a lyft for a member from the tow destination?
No lyft was designed because our members weren't able to ride with the drivers. Once we have gotten our members to the tow destination they are on their own to get home.
When is it not ok to take your breaks?
In the first hour/last hour of your shift
What do we need to do if members are not covered for service in winter conditions?
Make sure we ask for safety and get pd out if needed. Try to move the people even if we can't move the metal.
How modified does a vehicle have to be for us to say we won't tow the vehicle?
The only stipulation is that if we can render service safely with our standard equipment.
