A readability calculator
A student comes to you and says, "I totally blanked on the exam. I studied and was ready, but couldn't recall anything and I got nervous." You have not graded the exam.
They may NOT go back/ redo the exam.
Consider grading the exam and then sitting one on one with the student to identify areas where they blanked.
Ask questions as to why they blanked? Have they been nervous before about exams?
Compare - did this happen on the other exams?
Contact - parents, homebase teacher, Kate or Mike, to see if the student needs to work through test strategies in the future to be less nervous.

What should be in the hallway outside the gym?
NOTHING - no backpacks, study guides, etc. And no students. If a student needs to use the bathroom they should be walked out and a proctor should stand in the hallway to ensure their prompt return.

Student X wants to review the exam with his tutor. what is our policy?
The exam doesn't leave school. The tutor and you and the student can review together.
After carefully grading your exams, you have a range of scores. The lowest scores were in the 20%-30% range. MOST of the scores were between 48% and 60%. 4 of 28 students scored in the high 70's low 80's. There are no A's on your exam.
Consider a 20% curve to ensure that the majority of student pass.
Consider how you will work with your 2 sections upon return.
