Attending 2 pref rounds and only putting one is called what?
A PNM says she wants to drop and do COB for a specific chapter. What do you do?
Explain that the chapter may not be doing COB, so there is no guarantee that she would get a bid that way. Encourage her to complete the other rounds of recruitment and try to form relationships with the other chapters! However, don't try to pressure or force her into continuing recruitment if she truly does not want to. Find the balance!
