What is the difference between internal project meetings and general lab meetings?

Internal meetings are within individual programs and are attended by all GAs associated with that program led by the project lead. The general lab meetings are attended by all students across all assistantship programs and are led by lab supervisors. Both meetings will occur on rotating schedule on Fridays 1-2pm
