They can log in to the resident portal and click "options" then "Update Personal Data" and choose to allow their photo to be displayed on the Centre Square portal for other people to see.

The student will need to talk to an academic advisor-appointment. The advisor then will contact SRR
Transfer Evaluation Triage
A prospective would like to learn about what aid they can qualify for. What resources can you provide them?
Provide the aid chart on the financial aid website and encourage them to reach out once they have been admitted.

A student has specific questions about their prescribed pills, they contact via email. How do you respond?
You provide the Health Centers Phone number or that the student will need to walk in. Student questions not pertaining to billing/insurance via email cannot be assisted.
Health Center Triage
A parent reaches out on behalf of their student that has previously passed away. They would like to know if there is any outstanding charges on their account.
They need to be escalated to the Collections Department

A student has PFS (Plan For Success HOLD) who would like to remove the hold. What do you do?
Do NOT schedule an appointment for these students. Escalate bc advising has priority to schedule them!

Provide the BYUI website with info and them to contact the Housing office
Honor Office
A student becomes a No-Show recently and they would like to have their 1098-T to show they were in school for taxes. What can they do because they cannot access those forms?
Because they are no longer students BYUI is not required to create those if they didn't receive a grade for the courses. So they will need to find their receipts to use to submit them for their taxes.

BYUI does not offer Federal Work Studies which is why BYUI provides their work opportunities.

Why do I have late fees from the University Bookstore?
Late fee's do not exist for the University Store, Health Center, or Miscellaneous Charges. Of anything they will be charged a monthly service charge after the charge becomes 30 days old on the student account
