What are values?
Values are the things in life that you feel are most important.
What is self-care
Self-care refers to anything that you do to keep yourself mentally, emotionally, physically socially and spiritually healthy.
Name one goal of emotional regulation.
Understand and name your emotions, decrease frequency of unwanted emotions, decrease emotional vulnerability, decrease emotional suffering.
What is radical acceptance
Complete and total acceptance of reality without judgement.
