This is based upon real life events; not made up.

"Shut the shutters before the shouting makes you shudder." is an example of this.

Fill in the blanks: When you add a ______ or a ______ to a root word you change the meaning of the word.

Read the sentence and determine the meaning of the word in the sentence that contains the suffix. "The teacher was very helpful when her students asked questions."

The narrator knows everything happening in the story world. This includes access to the thoughts, feelings, and backgrounds of all characters.
What is 3rd person POV Omniscient?
Using evidence from the story, as well as background knowledge, to figure out something the text did NOT state.

The sequence of events that make up a story.

"I have told you a million times to not touch my stuff!" is an example of this type of figurative language.
