-no, it is the time the Officer arrives or the approximately time given to him/her by the persons involved

If someone added a vehicle/trailer/equipment moments before a fire, theft, crash, vandalism, what should you do?

-obtain the CAD report, crash report and contact the UW to find out the time it was added and by who

Who investigates or assists Countryway with their SIU investigations?  

-VFB SIU, who coordinate with Investigators, maintain their time, files, and make a decision if we even need to hire someone.  We also speak to local law enforcement, and fire officials.

When you notice there is a new policy (within 6 months or even a year) and a claim has been made, what should be your first step? 

-pull application to make sure questions are answered truthfully, for example, driver is not listed on policy, yet owns the vehicle.
