What are upper division GE?
The courses not required for a major or for General Education but which satisfy your own personal interest or needs, and count toward graduation requirements.

What are other degree requirements?
An undergraduate student may repeat an undergraduate course at Fresno State if the original grade was D, F, WU, or IC, and the subsequent grade is the same or higher.
