8 hours inclusive of at least a 30-minute duty-free lunch. For functional team members, this is 8 am-4 pm Monday-Friday.
What is the educator duty day?
Educators accrue 12 days every contract period that can be used for the following and accumulate year over year.
- 5 days of bereavement,
- 4 days of special leave (ie. personal days)
- Or to take care of one's own or one's family's health

When a supervisor is notified of a complaint that is not about Title IX or discrimination/harassment, and they have heard the complaint from the personing bringing it forward. This is the next step.
