Our new electronic pass system for leaving the classroom.
During Christmas break, what do you do with your Chrome Book?
Take it with you.

A calendar that can help you schedule when things are due and events.

The cloud, not your computer.

Let the teacher know and they can make you a pass in their account.

What should you do if you want to see the counselor?
Send a google appointment form and wait for them to create a pass in Smart Pass.
How long do you have to turn in work after you are absent?
3 school days
What happens if you go over the 5 minutes Smart Pass gives you to use the restroom?
It turns red and starts counting up, showing how late you are.
What happens if your teachers see you mishandling and damaging your chromebook?
They can take it away and give consequences for defacing school property.
What is the most important thing to do in this class?
Respect others
What is the most important thing to do in case of an emergency?
Stay quiet and follow the directions of the teacher.
What happens if you don't turn in late work after the 3 day period?
You lose 10% each day off the assignment score.
Once your teacher gives you permission and you create the Smart Pass, what do you do?
Turn your computer around, so the teacher knows how long is left on your pass.
What happens to your chrome book if you move to another school?
It gets returned to Greene County Public Schools.
