We will direct the driver to wait patiently as we dispatch out for a tow driver to come & pick them up & tow them back to their HY.

Create OTR, create fleet net to have them come unlock the tractor for the driver.

No.  Empty moves can be adjusted at SDT (planned dock) & CF loads can be adjusted at SDT+30 (planned yard).
