Explain the "Off and away for the day" cell phone policy.
It's a State wide policy that requires students no to use cell phones during classes.
If a student is caught using a cell phone during class there will be consequences.
1- Cell phone is taken away for the remaining time of the class and student signs a form.
2- Cell phone is taken to the office for the remaining time of the school day and parents are notified.
3- Cell phone is taken away and parents have to pick it up at the principal's office. They sign an acknowledge form and students gets a referral.
