An expiration for the driver or resource is due to go into effect within 28 days.
When is it acceptable to use the 16 hour rule?
They can only use this rule for unforeseen circumstances. Examples of that are being delayed at a shipper for an unexpected period of time, an equipment failure, or any other unforeseen traffic situations or weather concerns.

Yes, the red P1 or P2 for the trailer is only a KEY DATE which will not prevent you from dispatching the driver.

Can drive a maximum of 11 hours after 10 consecutive hours off duty
Explain what a form and manner violation is when logging?
Form and manner violations are common roadside violations that can include errors in paperwork, handwriting, inaccurate shipping information or truck and trailer numbers.
What is a CSA Score?
A safety measurement system used by the FMCSA to assess the safety performance of drivers, carriers, and fleets.
When is the only time you are NOT required to wear your high visibility vest?
When inside of your truck.
If the driver does not receive their workflow but receives their email confirmation what do they need to do?
A.Slowly move their truck until they receive a signal and their workflow comes through
B.They need to call peoplenet because they have a problem with their equipment?
A.They need to move slowly because they are in a “dead zone” and it may take a few minutes for the workflow to come through to their ELD.
If they do not receive their email or workflow there is an issue with the ELD device and a peoplenet will need to be contacted.
