What is Rider Switch?
Who you would go to if you have issues with pay, schedule, or put them on your TVA form. You would meet with them on the regular to discuss goals and growth in the company. They are there to support you in every way.

With six different ships and more to come, you can set sail with Mickey Mouse and friends, watch your favorite Marvel characters save the day, and see beautiful fireworks in the middle of the ocean.

This leader was one of the first leaders for the Galactic Starcuiser team, and is now a prominent face in the DAS community.

Must be hidden when onstage, but always visible backstage, Used to enter the building and to get your discounts.

Our complimentary service that helps you enjoy more of the magic during your theme park visit with 2 easy-to-use features.
The My Day feature lets you see your booked theme park plans for the day in one place. Plus, get personalized recommendations customized to your preferences.
The Tip Board lets you view estimated wait times, order food, make dining reservations and request to join an available virtual queue.
What is the Disney Genie Service?
A group of trained individuals that are there to help you decide the best accommodation for your guests when you need a little extra help. These people have been specifically trained to know who and who does not qualify for DAS.
Who are the Health Care Providers. (HCP)
Don't want the Hustle and bustle of the Theme Parks, but you still want that Disney feel? What better way than to escape to an island and enjoy a beautiful resort on the beach where you can dine with your favorite Disney pals and do crafts with Moana? Where you can learn to do the hula and maybe even see that crazy blue alien wondering around.
What is Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa?
This leader recently went to an island in the Pacific. They are very goofy and they love to have fun, but they take their job very serious and would do anything to help their fellow cast.
Who is Paris?
Cannot be bigger than your hand when closed, and cannot be offensive.
What are Tattoos?
One of our programs offered at Walt Disney World theme parks intended to accommodate those Guests who, due to a developmental disability like autism or similar, are unable to wait in a conventional queue for an extended period of time.

Attraction Queue Re-entry
A backstage application that is available to all Cast Members. This application will provide you will all the information you could ever want to know about everything the Walt Disney World® resort offers. Including accommodations offered for many different types of disabilities.
