What are the requirements for pts to be able to have a RON session?
-Access to a computer or phone w/ a camera
-Access to an email address
-Comfortable being on camera & recorded
-Valid ID
If a live call is transferred to you, where do you notate the call notes?
Create an exception cadence to enter call notes & put "please see exception cadence for call notes" in the inbound call workflow.
Can we offer distro if patient has a red banner?
No - no distro at all for red banner.
If patient lives in a state that requires the original POLST, do we have the patient send it to us with the rest of their documents?
No, we advise patient to keep the original & bring it to their PCP themselves to get it signed.
