Create an exception cadence to enter call notes & put "please see exception cadence for call notes" in the inbound call workflow.

No - no distro at all for red banner.

If a document has the status "admin review needed" - what does that mean?
It means pt made a admin change on their documents and the doc specialist needs to contact the patient to see if they would like us to correct it & resend OR distro as is.

If patient lives in a state that requires the original POLST, do we have the patient send it to us with the rest of their documents?

No, we advise patient to keep the original & bring it to their PCP themselves to get it signed.
