Important things to keep in mind when someone is having a seizure..

1. Make sure they are safe/ Head is safe

2. Never put anything in their mouth

3. Time the seizure

4. If 1st seizure, call 911

5. Person may need rescue medication 

6. Put them on their left side in case of vomiting
