Hesitation on inspiration while RUQ is palpated

RLQ tenderness, guarding, rebound tenderness, Rovsing sign, psoas sign

Chronic cough, substernal burning sensation, sour taste in mouth, worse at night when lying down

Friction rub; ECG showing diffuse ST elevation and PR depression

Short, parallel lines that extend from the pleural surface into the lung, often caused by fluid accumulation in the interlobular septa
