Someone comes up to the counter with one tee shirt and one hoodie. What item do you tell them to grab and why? 

Another hoodie, because the customer would get a better sale and because the hoodie is higher priced.

What are the Four Swords and what do they do? In order.

Creeper- Look into their purchase history and look at their outfit to find out their interests and the types of product they enjoy

Expansion- Expand their purchase with a new item, if they have a tee shirt, pitch them jeans or a hoodie. 

Companion- Expand their purchase with a similar item to give the customer the best sales, if they have one tee shirt give them another tee shirt. 


Ender- Have them expand their purchase one more time at the register.

Greet- Greet and acknowledge every customer as they walk in

Open The Conversation- Talk to the customer and look at their clothing to determine what their interest are

Pitch- Pitch the customer item promo, hot, cash or loyalty reward account. 

Share Your Name- Share your name with the customer to continue the experience

What gets censored, and with which censors? 

Tee shirts gets pins, Clothing items get inks, loungefly/bags get loops.

 Note: mesh and lace clothing also gets pin tags as to not damage the item.
