When will the transition and training start, and how will I know what actions to take?


10 - Our customer service center officially opens on January 6th. Please call us back starting on that date, and we’ll get you set up in our system, provide transition information, and walk you through the forms and requirements. If you do not want to do this over the phone, no problem! Just let us know, and we will have a team member schedule a group or in-person session to help you through the process. And please mark your calendars: Consumers and personal assistants must complete their transition and forms by March 28th.
