The violation in this situation: You knock on the door to 525 Suite 406 because there is loud music and yelling coming from inside. When they open the door, you see three bottles of Svedka and four Bud Light cans, and about 10 people inside. It is a responsible user suite, all four residents in the suite are present and 21 years old.
