How am I being transitioned/moved to AIP and the new performance management cycle? (G10-G12 that is not aligned to cycle already)

Starting January 1st, 2024 - you will be on the new AIP and performance management cycle. To transition you to the new performance management cycle, your current bonus program will end effective December 31st, 2023. This means you will receive a bonus payment to close out your current bonus program. The payment will reflect the period worked from the start of your 2023 bonus cycle to December 31st, 2023. Starting January 1st, 2024 - you will be on the new AIP and performance management cycle. You can expect to receive the payment on January 31st, 2024.
