What is the process for setting up an automatic transfer to occur on a day other than the 1st of each month?
Set up the automatic transfer on the acct creator script (monthly, semi-monthly, Military Payday), then update the days in the tree. Also, adjust the expiration date if needed.
What happens if a member requests to make a partial withdrawal from their certificate?
We do not allow partial withdrawals; the member will need to close the whole certificate & take the penalty for early closure.
If the eligible member only has a business account with us, can they open a promotional savers certificate?
Only if the business account is set up as a sole proprietorship using the member’s SSN. If the account is not set up as a SP or uses an EIN the member will need to open a personal account.
What is the penalty for early withdrawal/ closure of the certificate?
180 Days
