If a large object needs to be carried
ex: baby stroller needs to be carried up stairs and the wife and husband are alone, they can carry it as long as the stroller is between them.

She should continue to dress nice even during niddah so that she feels good about herself and so her and her spouse will still be attracted to each other after niddah is over
