What should you always do before speaking?
Raise your hand (unless Ms. Barnes says otherwise)

If you need help during independent work time, what should you do?
Raise your hand and/or continue to work until we are available to help you.
When you are done with your assignment, what should you do if you have extra time?
Double Check your work, Check Skyward, Work on upcoming assignments, Read a book, Pages on the back counter.
You may not: get up to talk to other people (even if both of you are done), play Chromebook games, or anything else that distracts others
Name one way to stay engaged during a lesson
Follow the speaker, show that you are actively listening

When can you submit late assignments?
You can submit late work up until the last day of the unit! If we move into a different unit OR the trimester ends, I cannot accept it.
What three things should you do if you make a behavior mistake?
When mistakes are made, we expect you to: to own up to them, make amends (apologize), and take steps to be better next time.
