How do you use the FITT principle for activity?

FITT is a set of guidelines for structuring your workouts.  F stands for frequency-- aim for 1-5 days/week. I stands for intensity-- do you want to work out light/moderate/intense. The first T stands for time-- how long are you working out? The second T stands for type of activity-- you should do activities you enjoy!
