The Substance
This Learning Commons program involves weekly review sessions, led by fellow UC students, for students in "historically difficult courses," where there are high rates of D and F grades and course withdrawals. These sessions are voluntary and aim to improve student understanding through direct instruction and collaboration among students and their peer instructor.
