After the resident has taken the medication

Even if a medication is taken partially taken it is still marked off as "given".
If a resident has scheduled tylenol at 2pm and after 1 hour the resident reapproaches you complaining of pain. Are you able to give a PRN dosage of tylenol?
Yes as long as it doesn't exceed the daily limit.
