Stimulants are a class of drugs that speed up messages travelling between the brain and body. They can make a person feel more awake, alert, confident or energetic.

Examples of stimulants : Caffiene , Marijuana

It has/consists of 11 members who are appointed by the Governor general .

Explain 3 ways somebody can obtain citizenship 

1. Birth - 

Individuals gain citizenship based on where they are born regardless of the parent's citizenship (where they are from)

2. Marriage - 

Individuals can gain citizenship through marriage. Marriage enables somebody to have dual citizenship (somebody is a citizen of two countries at the same time) For example Jack a Jamaican marries Rose who is a Cuban. He can get citizenship in Cuba.

3. Adoption - This is legally taking a child that is not yours as your own .

Rules are a prescribed way of behaving and acting whereas laws are a set of rules that are created by the government and are enforceable by the government to regulate behavior .

Both present clear instructions or guidelines about what actions are permitted( allowed ) or prohibited(not allowed )

3. Consequences for violation:

When we break a rule or a law there are consequences which follow . These consequences usually deter(discourage ) people from breaking the rules or law .
