the process of conceptualizing, and coordinating actions or events within a specific timeframe and involves preparing in advance like choosing dates, organizing logistics in order to take action.
What is planning?
One a temporary action that focuses on moving around and using energy around a certain event or issue, while the other is a long-term, structured process, that builds networks and systems that allow people to consistently act on their shared interests and issues.

What is the difference between agitation and organising?
the sharing and expression of relatable feelings, ideas, or information regarding a particular issue or concern, in simple formats to attract people who relate, provoking them to think, begin to make demands or even taking action.

Allows people to relieve their feelings ( frustration, anger, hope, curiosity, impulse to act) caused by agitation, and channel their energy into something impacting

Allows people to prepare and take coordinated action with the necessary materials, time and support ensuring their impact and influence is made.
Why is planning important?
- leads to people being frustrated and angry, without actually having the power to do anything about their problems
- leaves people feeling related and validated through content, however we are still disconnected, as everyone feels the same feeling but we do nothing about it.
What is Agitation without Organization?
leads to people wanting to mobilize and do something about an issue; and realize that certain ideas are interconnected and urge to become organized to have more power, and then take action to influence and/or change things.
What happens when Agitation is done properly?
People end up feeling demoralized and demotivated if their activity does not produce expected results and have long term impacts.
What is the negative effect of Mobilizing without organizing?
Allows people to act strategically and sustainably, and are permanent and consistent actions
How is planning more effective with good organization?
One involves coordinating events or actions within a specific frame, and is temporary as the event or activity is executed, and either succeeds or fails, then new activities may be developed, while the other is permanent, consistently done among people and not constrained to a specific time frame.
