- leaves people feeling related and validated through content, however we are still disconnected, as everyone feels the same feeling but we do nothing about it.
What is Agitation without Organization?
leads to people wanting to mobilize and do something about an issue; and realize that certain ideas are interconnected and urge to become organized to have more power, and then take action to influence and/or change things.
What happens when Agitation is done properly?
People end up feeling demoralized and demotivated if their activity does not produce expected results and have long term impacts.

Allows people to act strategically and sustainably, and are permanent and consistent actions
How is planning more effective with good organization?
One involves coordinating events or actions within a specific frame, and is temporary as the event or activity is executed, and either succeeds or fails, then new activities may be developed, while the other is permanent, consistently done among people and not constrained to a specific time frame.
