SIMILE:   "violent delights" = Romeo & Juliet's love and passion for each other is extremely quick &   "violent ends" = Romeo & Juliet's relationship could end/fizzle as quickly as it started --> --> Compared to "fire and powder," an explosive reaction (gun powder) that eventually burns out.

OXYMORON:  "violent" & "delights" - separately mean opposite things "destruction/deadly" + "happy," but together "violent delights" shows how extremely sudden & passionate in love Romeo & Juliet are and married so suddenly.
