Why does it matter that Jesus died for our sins AND rose again?
Jesus died to pay the punishment for our sin. He rose again to show His power over death and sin. Because He rose again, we can trust that He will also raise believers to eternal life in heaven after they die.
What did Paul and Silas do when they were thrown into prison?

Why is Jesus called the 'lamb' of God?
In the Old Testament, God commanded the people to sacrifice perfect lambs for their sins. It was a picture of Jesus, who was perfect, being sacrificed once for all sins.
Why did the curtain tear when Jesus died?
