Describe the process of preparing a sanitation bucket

Prepare warm water in a red sanitation bucket, place one sanitation tablet in water & let disintegrate, use test strip to test water - blue-green is good, yellow-orange is bad - label time prepared & time expired - change water in bucket every four hours.

If the Staff that fulfilled the role before you is still present, remind them that the task was not finished so they can complete it before checking out.

If the Staff has already checked out - complete the task(s) & send a reminder in the Chat.

What do you do when a DoorDash driver comes to retrieve an order that has already been picked up?

Confirm that the order is still active on the tablet - notify Lead/Manager that the order has already been fulfilled. Lead/Manager then contacts DD Merchant Support to report the situation - request Merchant Support to contact customer to confirm whether or not they have received the order - if a remake is required, request an email confirmation stating we will be paid for both orders. **100 Bonus - what should have been done that would have prevented this from happening?** Instruct the Driver to confirm the order & watch them hit confirm before handing them the order

Write the needed remake item on an index card with all necessary details; item, modifications, table number for dine in, name for carryout - give the index card to the kitchen staff on the line to be expedited - communicate estimated completion time to customer.

What do you do when you suspect a customer has possession of off-premise alcohol?

Inform the customer that it is against policy to possess or consume alcohol on Olla property that has not been purchased at Olla. Instruct the customer to dispose of the alcohol; dump it out, throw it away, take it to their car.
