This verification form is needed for all TANF cases - child only and time limted - at the time of application and at each recertificaton. 

Household Verificaton Form - a household verification must be completed by a non-household, non-family member at each intake or review to verify household composition.

Despite a child living with the biological parent, this would make the case be looked at like a "child only" case. 

The parent recieves SSI.

At what point can a pregnat woman with no other children qualify for TANF. 

Any time there is a verified pregnancy. It is no longer required that a mom wait until her 3 trimester to recieve TANF.
