This document tells cast and crew where to be, when to be there, and what scenes are being filmed

What is, a call sheet?

2nd 2nd Assistant Directors – They act as the cast liaison, responsible for greeting the cast and micing them up before they head to wardrobe. Each is assigned to a specific cast member, accompanying them to Hair & Makeup (HMU) and back to set. They also look after cast wellbeing, ensuring they have essentials like suncream, water, shade, a copy of the script, and anything else they may need.

On a call sheet, this term refers to the time an actor or crew member is expected to arrive on set.

Checking if the 30-minute water break is happening on time, making sure water jugs are filled, implementing the risk assessment and making sure it's followed, covering any exposed cables, removing loose bottles or items from ledges, keeping doors shut where possible to preserve the AC.
