Timeout in another part of the room and parent contact.

What is the due date for homework?
Due on Friday at midnight.
How much time do you have to turn in missed work?
The number of days absent to complete the missed assignment.
When are you allowed to leave your seat?
Only during free time and with permission.
What is the voice level during free time?
Talking is only allowed at level 1 voice.
What is a possible consequence at level 3?
Detention or loss of privileges.
What happens if homework is submitted late?
A late penalty of 10% each week.
What if an assignment is due on the day of your absence?
It must be turned in on the day you return to school.
What happens if you ask to go out during class time?
It will be considered a disruption to instruction and may result in consequences.

Students must line up quietly to enter the building.

Referral to administration.

The teacher may refuse the late work and assign a zero.
What is the responsibility of the student regarding missed assignments?
It is the student's responsibility to check for missed work.
What should you do if you have medical issues that require multiple restroom visits?
Ask your parent to communicate with the school nurse.
What is a consequence for disruptive behavior outside during earned time?
The entire class will lose that privilege the next day.

Parent contact (call or email)
What is the consequence for plagiarism or cheating?
A zero will be assigned that cannot be recovered.
