It’s small and soft, you usually put it on the floor in your bathroom
Rug
It’s not very big. It’s usually in the kitchen (but not always). You put your food and plates there
Cupboard
It’s white. It’s usually in your bathroom. You wash your hands there
Washbasin

If you are a businessperson, you have this room in your apartment. You check your emails here
Home office/study
It’s on the wall. You can put your books or plants (or even collectibles) on it
Shelf
It’s hot. You cook your food in it
Oven
It’s in the kitchen. You wash the dishes in it

You use it to go to a different room
Door
You can have lunch, but you can’t cook it here. You don’t usually have this room in a small apartment
Dining room
It’s big and soft, you usually put it on the floor in the living room (Soviet people put it on the walls)
Carpet
It’s usually in the kitchen. You put your food and dishes on it when you cook
Counter
It’s a big part of your house, but you don’t usually have it in an apartment. You can go to different parts of your house using it

The top and the bottom parts of a house
